Why do I have to mail the watch in for an estimate?
In order to provide you with the most accurate estimate and service, Shami’s watchmakers are required to review and complete a diagnostic on every repair.
Can I send more than one watch within the same shipment?
Yes. Shami’s updated systems allow the team to navigate more than one watch per repair request. Please be sure to note this within the Repair Form.
